Looks good:TU: I've always liked those early Riv's. Is that the one that was for sale here on the board a few weeks ago? Can't remember who was selling it but I think it was in California.
Nope It is a car my dad picked up a couple of years ago from a guy here in Michigan. I was pretty upset that he got it first because he has a bad habit of buying them and then leaving them outside to rot until they are junk!:blast: :blast: :blast: Case in point he has a '65 GS that he bought from a guy in good shape 6 years ago that needed a frame. He has had the frame for 5 years and has not done anything with it. The car now is starting to rust because he leaves it outside all year long and doesn't drive it at all.:af: He also has a '53 Skylark convertable that he has had for over 35 years that he hasn't done anything with! I tryed to buy it a couple of times and he won't part with it.
Let me know if he decides to part with or part out the '53. I have a friend that has one that he's trying to restore but is stuck looking for parts.
