Ok so I didnt do it, it IS still my car too. Well the Vamp Race Cindy and I went to was a blast. They have about a .6 difference in the class's and Cindy was in the 12.80 class and I was in the 10 flat class. Its all heads up fastest car wins racing on a .400 PRO TREE!!:3gears: :3gears: After a couple disapointing runs in my car.... (I was spinning the tires thru the 1/8th mile) :eek2: I determined 9s were not going to happen. But of course the run that mattered I redlit again!!ou: It was the best run of the day for me and of course I left before the tree was activated. The car left like it should have all night and ran soooooo hard and even as I was out towards the end the car I raced went 10.24 and I was walking away from him steadily thru the end. BUT no time slip so it sucked:spank: Cindy however started out the night by throwing a 12.94 up on the board and every pass went faster and faster all night even to take the #2 Qualifing position in her class. Then she promptly went out in the 2nd round but not before she shattered the personal best in her car (and mine!!!:spank: ) She is now a 12.78 car!!:beer :beer Well what can I can I say ..... She had a good teacher!!!!:TU:
Thanks Cindy, Congrats on the low ET, and thank you mike for the Teacher compliment. It only took a couple quick passes in Cindys car, for her to catch on to the Load Up the converter style of racing. No thanks needed I will give you a lesson someday also!!!!!:moonu: Take care John
