new vs old

hey, what would everyone think of a new vs old shoot out
new gto vs old
mustangs
challengers
camaros(when they come out)
and maybe marauder?

I just thought that could be cool

 

Would not be much of a shootout. The new cars would blow the old cars away unless the old cars were modified. Most V8 modern cars run mid 13's bone stock.

 

Mid 13's is the middle of the pack at Pure Stock. I'm not too interested in the newer cars. Can get that anywhere.

 

What Dave said. An occasional grudge match might be OK, but it's not really part of this event.

 

that is about the response I was expecting, I guess the me being 18, makes me interested in all of the above, just thought I would see if anyone else would care :spank:

 

It's a neat idea - though I think I'd rather see it in a magazine.

 

I get to do that at my local track on grudge night. Kind of fun beating the snot out of new Mustangs and SRT/8 Magnums! :blast:

 

I agree with Rusty, you get a good feeling inside yourself, when you just beat a new Mustang with temporary plates on it.
I also have found it very difficult to get paired up with a "new" Rambler! LOL
