Just got an obvious spoof in my email asking me to update my account. Dragging my mouse over the https link brings up a http link to an ip number and some subdirectories. So I check the IP and it goes to a dating service. Reported it to paypal and the ISP of said ip. When will these scammers learn.

Wow, in a matter of 5 minutes the ISP I emailed has suspended the account.

I got one last night that took a new tack, at least to me. It has the usual "need to update your account info" spiel, but on the side they actually have a box telling you that you should always open a new browser and log in to access your account, which is true. But then at the bottom of the email, they still ask you to click on their link to verify/update your account info! :spank:

I've gotten at least 3-4 emails in the last month about my paypal account.
