Yah Jim - I bet! I hate it when that happens!

Also Interesting: "How do you warrantee a classic muscle car engine that may not be installed in the intended muscle car for 6 months or more? Our products are Unconditionally Guaranteed against any defects in both materials and workmanship - With NO Time Limit! Now that's a warranty! That is why our customers become our friends not just repeat customers."

So let me get this straight, the auction was for an engine that the seller didn't even own?

I have PM'd "crankshaft". I think I have the story - for the most part - correct. The motor in the pic is basically a pic of the motor this company built for him. He (crankshaft) is not involved in this ebay sale in anyway. Basically the motor "crankshaft" put together with this company was a nice combo - and this company repeated the design and now has it listed on Ebay. There is more to the story - maybe he can jump in and share but in short "crankshaft" does not own this motor, but he does know alot about what is inside as it is more or less a copy of his.
