Sounds like it to me. But I am no expert like some. If you decide you want some, I have a set I will sell ya. New, never ran, box opened but they were not put on the car. Later...................
could also be worn out rear control arm bushings. i had the same problem with my 70 GS 4 speed. new bushings and a sway bar eliminated it. Bob
