On the machined pad to the left of the bleeder in your second pic, there should be a 2 letter code stamped. That would help with the ID. BOPC are mostly the same boosters. It looks like a 68 up to 72 (maybe stopped using this earlier) Skylark or Olds Cutlass power drum set-up. If so...that code should be CT.
I don't know what WA is. Did you look those sheets over real close? Many times they have models on them, or at least a year of manufacture on them. I think it may be something odd because of those short brake lines included in the kit. Those are weird!
FYI, The master cylinder looks like its for a drum brake car, so the assembly would be for power drums. Also the power unit would be for drum brakes also, as the spring inside is different for drums/disc brake cars. (At least that is what the guy that rebuilds them told me.) Duane PS. Aren't those short lines used to bleed the system?
The short tube is for the vacuum from intake manifold / hose / brake booster. One would be for small block & one for big block.
