Was headed to lunch with an out of the area friend and we didn't make. Old man ran a stop sign at a T intersection and broadsided us. We were in the Vette. Friend has fractured hip, collar bone, 3 ribs and multiple cuts and bruises, I got lucky with just my entire side of my body matching my side of my face. Had we not been there to stop him, he would have ended up in a lake.

Glad you guys survived. Maybe it will get him off the road now.

Was it medically related why he ran the stop sign? Glad you and your friend made it through. Hopefully your buddy heals up quick.

Wow. As said above, it could have been worse. Glad you’re both still with us. I hope the old guy is ok and had a problem, not something dumb like dropping his fries or spilling his big gulp. Also hope he is insured well!

He was driving, we were going to take the Reatta but when I uncovered it the tire was to low to drive on so we just took his. The older driver said he didn't know the road and looked down for just a second.
If you notice the Vette also caught fire

If you don’t know a road very well, the last thing you should do is take your eyes off of it. You might miss something important, like a stop sign! With a car on the other side of it!

Yeah, you said you were in the vette but there wasn't one in your signature so I was confused.

That's a serious impact. Glad you fared as well as you did.

My daughter drives a 2003 corvette and I can only hope that never happens to her.

Get your spine evaluated with a DXD report. Get the best attorney you can get. You are injured and you need to be compensated.

Sorry that you and your friend were injured and the 'Vette totaled Keith, but happy that you both will survive. Mend quickly.
