WOW! He didn't really hold a whole lot back did he. That is probably the worst sales pitch I have ever heard.
Some cars just give you the feeling they don't want to work. Always something different, always an adventure when you just want to go for a drive. Then there are the heroic cars. The cars that continue to run even when hurt. You get the feeling the car will get you to your destination no matter what it takes. Whatever it is these cars just seem to have bigger lug nuts. Whatever you need to lug they have the....you get the idea. My car has required some repairs recently but it never leaves me stranded. Case in point: last weekend I took a 3.5 hour trip for a long weekend in Maine. The car ran super, no issues at all. I went out the next morning and saw a flat tire. I knew the tires were well past due for replacement but as mentioned earlier the repair funds are a little low right now. Did my car blow out the tire and leave me in the middle of the woods? Nope, it made it to the destination and then the tire died quietly overnight. There are plenty of "rational" reasons this might happen. I choose to beleive that my car is a hero. John
