I think this car would be best described as a "chick magnet". The lineup starts to the left girls...
Purple Haze! This one is a real beauty - JUST $15k for a purple Skylark with torn brown interior! He gives us a close up of the wheel and no engine picture. Some folks sure have some weird priorities! Someone should report this to the police. This guy has stolen all the dignity from what could have been a classic automible.
Missin' da trunk lock bro.... She is missing the trunk lock but since your stealing it for 15k you can get another:moonu: Maybe you should drive around with the trunk open so this chick magnet offers more room for the big gals your likely to attract.
That thing would have to sneek up on a gas pump. even that jack a$$ has a floor shifter. Why can't I get a hold of one?
He says it's bored .060 over. Can you go that far on a stock block 455? Maybe a better question is can you go that far safely?o No: :3gears:
I'm bored so I e-mail this guy and he pretty much tells me to get F'd when I ask him about the VIN and the Grille. I told him I'd give him $100 bucks so I could use the headrests. I don't think he's very happy with me!:af:
I especially like the interior.A lot of thought went in to picking just the right exterior shade of purple to match that factory tan.The radio screwed to the dash is an especially nice touch. I think a 100 bucks is generous
You're probably right Jim, But I'd pay $100 to take a sledge hammer to those wheels right in front of him. :blast: :spank: :3gears:
I can see he has the high-flow single exhaust that was specially ordered from the factory with the GS455.
Here's his reply when I asked him about the VIN...So pretty much, if it has emblems it must be real...I feel sorry for this guy now...He may have paid 15k for this thinking it was real. "Well here is the current registration, I looked up the vin for myself, this vin also matches the 1970 350gs, this engine must have been put in or special ordered at time of purchase. because this car has the gs emblems all over it check decklid right side and front grille also. I had the 455 done at Clark's engine shop. " ou:
I don't know you guys....I think the seller is keeping a secret.....a celebrity might have drove ituzzled: ..........Snoop Doggo No: Otherwise, why would you pay that much money for it? I wouldn't pay that seller the starting bid of that car if he threw in the buick ralley's:moonu: Wild world, isn't it?ou: -Cody
