I am curious if any one has any dyno, or real world testing with the offy dual quad. Is it a good design? I was going to use it on a 6500-7000 race motor. Thanks
Not Bad Just dyno'd my brothers 462 with the dual quad and 2 650 carters. 500hp and 530tq with amazing throttle response!! We did have some work done on the bottom of the intake for better flow ... without the work a lot of bounce on the flat bottom. The "Cool" factor is great when you pop the hood!! David
Factory dual quad intake! Back in '97 while I was at the GS Nationals in Bowling Green, someone showed Greg Gessler and I a rare Buick factory experimental dual Quadrajet cast iron intake. It looked exactly like a stock 4 bbl. intake just with two places to mount a Q-jet. I did not take any pictures or video of this intake and wish I had. Does anyone know if there is a pic of this manifold anywhere online [or on this sight?]
