Could it be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=14042&item=6513683574&rd=1&tc=photo From NYC show in 1969
Oh snap! There she is...all new and ready to go! I bet Brad has several pics like that. You out there Brad?
I've been outbid twice since finding it. Would like to see it go to the rightful owner. After all, it is his car. Is anyone here bidding on it?
Thanks for letting me know!!! Obviously I'd like to have that photo to add to my collection and am actively bidding. No, I don't have that photo of the car, but several others. In fact, I don't have one from where ever it was taken, ad mentioned New York??? Thanks again!!
Oh, it's there, I can see it in the picture above. When I got the car (1978)the original spoiler was long gone. The one on the car now is a reproduction from photos. It's not quite exactly right, but close as Dave Kleiner could get. There is only a little difference on the sides and front, but it looks like more. The reproduction is really pretty close.
Brad, I see the spoiler now. Thanks for the info. Found another e-bay item you may be interested in. Multiple years of NY car show/expos. Probably where this last photo was taken since multiple makes were involved at the same show. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=14027&item=6513849050&rd=1&tc=photo
Brad....whats the deal with the wheels in the old photo? It looks like the centers were all black. Although it may be the poor resolution of the Ebay picture. Any chance of posting pictures of what the car looked like in 78 when you got it?.....Pleeeeeeez!!!!!
Hmmmmmmmm Looks like the front tire is a bit low in the picture. You'd think they have everything just right for the show. :Smarty: So I assume they were much more like me than I ever expected (I never get out booth quite right at the shows).... Not worth the extra effort.. :bglasses:
