This is my Wifes *new* 1965 Buick LeSabre got this car for $750 completely as it is now! we got it from the original owner. this car has been garaged its whole life and runs like a champ! we got the original pink slip that had been sitting in a safe deposite box for 41 years. original owners manual complete with the metal plate in the back of the book for carbon copy when serviced. the car had been sitting in the garage for about a year when we went and looked at it. i knew as soon as the cover slipped off the car that we had to have it!! we paid the lady (who is a family friend), pushed the car out of the garage and down the street to our parents house. we put a new $60 battery in it, i primed that carb on the 300 nailhead and it fired right up and has been running like a dream since. 64,000 original miles. the paint is still glossy because its been garaged! the wife loves this car so much its her daily driver! it was a nice addition to our Buick family. :3gears: enjoy!
Congratulations on your purchase! The 1965 full size Buicks have always been my favourite cars! And Welcome to this board! Do you have pictures of your car's interior? I wish my Wildcat had nice chrome and a clean body like yours! At least, I got a very nice rechromed front bumper for it on the '65 Electra parts car I bought. Now, I have to find a decent rear one!
