Here we go again. Worked out a trade for this car with WickedWay and we are pulling the rest apart and going to build this car for a family driver. It is a 68 skylark convertible. Has a 73 350 motor and turbo 350, A/C, power steering. We have GS fenders, hood and trim so we will use it. As you can see, it is a basket case, but we have been wanting a convertible to build. We haven't decided on a color yet. Possibly Charcoal metallic, or silver, and possibly even red. We will go with black interior and top. It will go to the body shop for the cowl repair in a week or so, and fenders and hood will go to get prepped. We may pull the motor and freshen up the gaskets, and clean up the engine bay area, and get all of the mechanical stuff working like it should. Lots of parts needed, so I'm looking for parts cars and will sell what I don't need. Of course, now I will have to build another garage. I only have room for 8 now, so some are sitting outside.
