Help! I have a piece of carpet in my back window and no trunk devider board! I just ordered a new Package tray and devider and jute pading for both.

Can some one tell me in what order they go on? I have no referance? And I don't have all the parts yet to look at them. They are from Year One.

You have to take the benchs out ( I supose it's allready done since you saw there is no divider..)

Take the (rear side) panels out , that come in two parts (the one with the ashtray as two screw on the front and unscrew the "metal" part) & the one with the sail panel light . Then you'll be able to insert the package tray ... take care of the package tray corner (if you miss it duane on the board has some in repro) .

If you need any help (I may have skip some step..) feel free to ask . My english is not 100% correct I hope you could understand my explanation . :puzzled:

I saw there was no seat devider or Jute behind the back seat from looking in the trunck (all I see is the back of the back seat and the support frame).

I am redoing the car and replacing all four door pannels also so the rear seat is coming out. And As I said the Package tray was replaced with rug 20 years ago!

Again my question and if I had the parts in front of me it maybe clear without asking.......

What goes in and in what order?

Does the cardboard seat devider go in first (so you see that from in the trunk) with the jute over it (inside of car side) followed by the jute for the package tray then last the package tray?////???

    Pictures?

You've got the right order, hope you got the 3M adhesive spray though? I need to get some before I can get my interior back together.

Hi Nick , where you use the adhesive spray ? under the jute or package tray ?

I ordered a deluxe package tray last june but not the jute & a trunk divider , still waiting for the tray (sandalwood) :error:

You still havn't gotten your package tray yet Donald? Who'd you order from?

Anyway, you have to shoot the jute padding with the adhesive to make it stick to the package tray and the divider board for the trunk. You also need it for this little piece of foam attached to the package tray that goes between the package tray and the rear seat.

Ok , my old trunk divider only got hooked by the holes in it to the metal , no adhesive :Do No: I can have it in and out freely

I order the package tray to a local furnisher (resaler) and I was told they were not available yet ... back order in sandalwood . :(

anyone has a picture of this jute that goes underneat the package tray to figure it out ... it's maybe not too late if I change my mind ! :Brow:

remember that u will probably have to trim the package tray to fit

That's because it didn't orginally come with the jute behind the seat, but it offers sound deadening and supposedly condensation resistance.
