Anyone have any tips on restoring one of these using spray cans? Like types of paint, specific brands/colors etc?

    Opinions?

Used Plasti-kote 1140 Silver, and some semi-gloss black for the stripes. Does this look fairly correct? Needs a little more polishing on the chrome parts, but seems like it turned out alright. Camera is funny too, b/c the black areas are more even than they appear. I used alot of masking tape!

Actually, no I don't think it is. I ended up re-painting it with Plasti-kote 8115, more a of darker silver/argent. Looks much better now I think. Haven't taken any pics of it yet.
