Part identification

    Any one know what exactly this fits?I know its off of a Buick and think it was for my 72 Riv I previously owned.When I identify it,it will be up for sale.It is in overall nice shape and seems to hold vaccuum.Sorry about the size of the pics I can't figure out whats wrong with my mom's computer.I have a bigger pic if someone will resize it.
