I would probably give more money for it before they "fixed" it up.

    Looks like crap.

i second the car was better before. i could see if it was a GS for 13 or 14 and it looked like that but it was just plain jane. whats up with sanding the mouldings. who in their right mind paints a car black in las vegas.

If this is considered a 'reality show' then the reality of it is they may know a lot about gold and silver but they know nothing about cars. How does an alleged ace restoration guy mistake a loose seat for an engine knock? Also, satin black paint jobs are almost always covering up bad bodywork. I was disappointed in the whole thing. IMO, the car is worth less now than before it was 'restored'. JUst think, for another $900 you could get this http://miami.craigslist.org/pbc/cto/1937051673.html

And as always Rick says..... "I dont know a lot about these but I have a buddy that will come down and look at it for me". You'd think after being in the Pawn business for 20+ yrs he'd know what he was looking at. (IMO)

I didnt get to see the show but I will look for it in re-run.

Gave me a chuckle. I nearly spit my coffee out when the seller said $5500. Thats a $750 dollar car around here. Did anyone notice the EGR manifold on it and what looked like a fuel pump block off plate covering up the hole?

Driver side rear quarter looked rough. The two boys are so big they could not look under the car, I would think the trunk could have issues as well. Great comments for the Buicks came during the eposode as well. Good stuff.

Didn't the guy tell Cory it was gona be between $4 and $5000 to get the car looking tits? Where the hell did the extra $2 grand come from the diagnosis of the the knocking sound coming from the unbolted racing seat.He paid more and got less. I thought this dude was Cory's friend,it must have been f**k your buddy day at the body shop.

It seems to me that they did $7000 damamge to the car. They never showed under the hood again either.

I'll definitely try to get there. Still undecided as to whether to bring a car or not. It's a bit of a drive and the traffic around there really makes me nervous in the Buick.
