I sold a hood to a customer and mistakenly said I'd take PayPal. Money was transferred into my account on 9/1/20. I sent PayPal the tracking ID info. The hood was delivered and picked up last week. The customer notified PayPal everything was satisfactory. Yet here it is day 22 and my money is still on hold. You go to PayPal's web site for help and that's a joke! No way to contact a person! You can't even do one of those instant message deals. All you can do is send a message and they'll get back to you later! Oh don't trying looking for a customer service phone number, it's not there. I found one on the web, guess what you call it and they say they're too busy to answer calls, they say try the web page and then disconnect you. Anyone have any suggestions for getting my money released? It's frustrating, I try to use money from sales to pay for materials for the next hoods, so here I sit dead in the water. PAYPAL - NEVER AGAIN!
