Want to install new Pearl White seat covers and door panels. Is there a specific seat belt color that is supposed to match the Pearl White, or were the seat belts designed to match the exterior color? Thanks, Kurt

Yeah, that sounds like a nice look. Are all 70-72 GS pearl white interiors black belts, wheel, column, and console? I have a red GS 3 spoke wheel, and could have sworn I have seen a saddle 70-72 console, were colored steering wheels, steering columns and consoles only in Skylarks maybe?
All of your parts should be black. Red was never used on any Skylark/GS in 70-72. The steering wheel should be black as well as the console and column. Only cars with saddle interiors used saddle consoles. Never used with the pearl. Whatever you do I would not use the red steering wheel or people who know these cars will pick that right out and you will get sick of listening to them.

am i correct that in the 70 buick pearl interiors, that the headliner was also white? i know for a fact that the 70 chevelles with pearl interiors had black headliners.
white int I have a 68 2dr Ht Skylark Custom. W/ white int. & buckets , White headliner. Black , belts , sholder straps , column , wheel & console all stock. The car is brown with tan vinal top. Hope this helps.

If you had white or pearl with the type 1 storage console, the console would be white. If anyone doesn't know, the console was found on manual shifted and auto on the column cars with buckets.. PS- Bill, had that SAME interior on a 68 GS400 but with a type 1 storage console. Green, black top white bucket interior w/ optional headrests...God, I miss that car ou: :ball:
visor retainer On my 68 the mirror mount is white. the mounts for the pivot point are crome. On a 68 you do not have a inboard pin that attaches to the mirror mount , all that suports the visor is the pivot point.
