Got BBB Performance parts? Need some help....

Just finishing up a fresh motor for this year. What I have: 455 10.5:1 cr with 67 big port heads (stage 1 conversion) flowing 280 int and 190 ex. th400 w/3500 stall 3.73 gears in a 69 HT.

I'm looking for some good parts that will work with my assembly:

    - Roller rocker assembly

    - 308s cam (or something similar)

    - Valve covers to clear the roller rockers (can I use spacers or extra thick gaskets?)

    - a carb for my combo - 850 - 950 cfm (or anything that may have worked with your combo or a similar one to mine).

    - 6a or 6al - would also consider a 7al for the right price.

    - rear girdle for a 12 bolt (I have everyting else: auburn pro - mosier axles and c-clip eliminators, etc)

    - suspension stuff - drag shocks, coils, air bags - need a little help in this department........ I have a complete control arm kit similar to hotchkis, but need some help with figuring out what else I need.

    - Rear aluminum drums in good shape - I may just go with discs all around (stopping is a priority)

    - roll control or line lock system if someone has one they never installed

    - rims and tires (or just rims), I'll consider just about anything out there ( I would love to have a pair of 15 x 8 buick rallys, I have 3 15 x 7's....) I also love the look of steel wheels with dog dish caps, but if you have a set of aluminum wheels or anyhting of the sort let me know)

I'm hoping there is someone here that is upgrading and looking to get rid of some stuff......... LEt me know what you have, I will consider just about anything performance related including intakes, trannys, differentials, etc.

Gary, Looking for a solid cam. WHat are your thoughts on the 294? Is it a better cam for ported iron heads than the 308s. If I advnce the cam, would the power range drop? My stall is a 3500, so I prefer to have a cam that makes power in that range.......

Are these cams new or used?

Couldn't tell you if its better or not,has a little more split duration on the I and E,usually more suited to iron heads unless ported to the max.Its a used cam with matching lifters.

What kind of miles? Did you ever run the cam and what type of performance did you get from it? I don' know anything about this cam, but would love to talk to you about it...... What were you thinking for the cam and lifters?
