You're right, I havent. In fact, my number isnt listed in the phone book (I use Vonage), I never submitted a change of address ( :error: ), AND I only moved out a year ago. Found the rest of my family, though. Kinda sketchy.
Since I keep everything in my business name, and have for the past several years, all my info on that site is at least 10 years outdated.
Thanx for the link. I heard about that a few months ago but could not remember the URI. Interesting - it has my home from when I was about age 1, and my present address, but with a birthdate 22 years earlier than I was born.
That's not right. All an identity theif needs is a name and address to get started. That site should be shut down!!!!! :rant: :spank: :af: ou:
Just a thought here........if you give them $20 from your credit card to pay for a background check, they have what they need to steal your identity! I sure hope people are smart enough not to do that......the people who run that site may not be honest.........BEWARE!!!! ou:
i agree, thats a great way for a scammer to get started. i think i did find the original owner of my stage 1 though, that was nice. i didnt have his exact addy or phone # until i checked that site. still, i dont want all my info there. they have both my addy's. what else?
I would really really avoid giving them any credit card info. I wouldn't even give them your email address. Just another way to compile lists to generate spam!
