I was the photographer on Sat. at the Pure Stock Drags in Stanton, MI I've got shots of every car that ran that day. If your interested send me an email at thephotoguy@earthlink.net Thanks, Mike,
Really great photo's :TU: I bought one while at the track. Do you have any of mine boiling the hides?
Must be that Brian (seen here driving Darrell's green W30) and the Amish tuner with the 300 Deluxe, had an extra helping of that "Benoitment" gumbo! They sure know how to boil the hides! Somebody had to make up for Rusty's absence this year! Lon: You need to get you some of that Benoitment and light 'em up a little harder!!!!!!!!   Mike: You wouldn't happen to have and be able to post a pic of either the red Cajun Cougar or the grey/silver 300 Deluxe destroying their perfectly good rubber would you? Burnouts are fun. Where's Casey and Sawruk? I'm going to post this pic over on Realoldspower.com. Too many people there think their cars are too nice to race. There are none nicer than this 442. (Well maybe that wimpy, trailer queen, slug of a red F85 W31.........  )
Mike, any samples of the '58 Mercury? Judging by the others I should buy. BTW I really like the car on your buisness card, That's my old Willys that I welded two together to make one. Sold it rolling to Dave Timoczyk. He does a great job of hanging the hides with a 301 Chev, Nash trans and 6.00 gear! :TU:
Bought mine, too.have plenty of pics of the car, but not like this. It's a very rare photo as you see a green light at th ebottom of the tree and not the big red one.
Here's my new card What do you think. Your old cars in this one too. Those guys will all be at Milan Saturday. The've got 8 Gassers coming and it's Mopar Day. Should be fun. Mike,
pics Was wondering what pics you have of my 70 gs455? It is desert gold and I think my # was 62 that day, chris
Brian: Another candidate for the Old stick shift Merc rescue mission! A Y block! Neat car with an overdrive. Had a friend in Ky whose Dad bought a black and white one just like this (Medalist 2 dr HT with a stick/overdrive 312. You could go take on Frank's red and black Custom 300! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...=013&sspagename=STRK:MEWA:IT#ebayphotohosting
Daaaaaaaaaaaang. That was quick! Mike: Got my two photos in the mail today! THANKS! They look great!! :TU: :TU:
I'm glad you like the shots! I loved all the cars at the event. The sounds of the engines gave me the same thrill it did when I was a kid. Thanks for your order. Mike,
