    Here she is!!

Needs some work but fairly solid car with 67,000 miles. I have protecto plate and other paper work. 350-2 with AC.
Runs and drives nice. I have been driving her around all over with this nice weather.
I bought this from the a really nice old lady for 1200$. I felt bad about kinda ripping her off but she set the price. I will be sending her a Christmas card with a Gift Certificate so she can by some things.

Also note the hubcaps in the trunk. We removed the original 14" hupcaps/wheels and put 15 inch rally wheels on. THe rear tires on the car were still Bias Ply 14's. Crazy!!!!

    Chris,
I figured you would like the color!
I did not like it at first but I think it is growing on me. It will look so much better when I get the car repainted. Alot of the original paint is real dull.

I really lucked out with this car. I looked at it and put money down on the car on Wednesday. The old lady I bought it from said the phones were ringing none stop for Thursday,Friday and she still had calls Saturday morning when we transfered the title.

I plan to do some upgrades like GS grill, hood, 4bbl w/ramaircleaner,Tach and Guages in Dash, 3.42 posi with rearswaybar, Rebuilt front end and upgrade to power disk. I plan to do this one thing at a time to keep the car driveable as much as possible.
I hope to get some of this done this winter!

Thanks for the comments everyone. :beer

    Dustin,
You got a GREAT deal on that Skylark w/original miles, they're getting real hard to find anymore. Kinda reminds me of my 70 Skylark I bought over 13 years ago from the original owner with 42,000 miles,350 w/2 barrel carb. I paid $2900,and that was THEN!!
Be careful, these cars have a habit of Growing on ya :Smarty:
    Good-Luck with it :TU: :TU:

Altoona is where it came from..

I will be adding a bunch of stuff to it in the future. Basically an upgrade of options. Tach and guages in dash. Posi rear, GS grill, hood, aircleaner etc...

I have all these parts and I now have a really solid car to put them on.

I really lucked out with this car.
