This is my 1967 Skylark. 300 2bbl. auto.
I am hoping to restore it one of these years. Originally was white with fender skirts which I still have in great shape. I have a 455 71 motor and transmission from a 1971 Electra I used to have that I am going to have rebuilt and installed in it. Then a posi rear with 3.73's in it probably.
I need a center console and rear back up light lense. If anyone has these let me know.

The car has rust through in the trunk and drivers floor also some in fenders. Lots of work ahead of me.

I forgot I also need the chrome trim that runs along the rear fender. Please let me know if you have this I would buy it.

    "Interior" To Liviathan

The black interior is real good.
The steering wheel is cracked the headliner is starting to come away from the edge and the carpet does not seem to be original, some make-shift junk that smells up the car, not to mention the carpet padding under it.

The dash is mint and the bucket seats are also not to much has to be done to the inside thankfully.

    Mike,

The headliner is about $150 installed at most shops, and new carpet + underlay is < $100. That good dash and seats are the big ticket items :TU:

    Nice 67!

    Questions & Thank's

    Thanks, for the prices.
I have a very long list of parts I will need, but the floor will need to be fixed (which I know you know) before I get the carpet and underlayment. Any ideas on good places to shop?

I have a question. My radio is an a.m. radio and it turns on, it just does not play anything, no sound at all.
I think speakers are bad or the antenna or speakers are not hooked up.
What are your ideas on that?

Also no break lights, everything else works (Signal and lights)

    Thanks for your time.
    Mike

I was lucky and didn't have to do the floors, just a full trunk floor and braces. I got everything through CrossCanadaParts to take advantage of the currency difference.

With my AM Sonomatic it was the speaker that was disconnected. One of the wires had gotten crusty at the terminal and fallen out.

Same problem with the brake lights. I just picked up a new harness to avoid the hasssle. They're the same as on the Chev.
