I'm thinking that you'd find, on close inspection, it's an amateur, driver quality restoration. As for colors, not sure about original.
That is original colour -- Coral ? There is a 1958 Century around here with the same paint colour, original ultra low mileage.

Yeah, I did a bit of research and found they started in September of 1963. The coral combination is unique, it couldn't have been very popular by 58, it seems it had it's heyday more around 55-56. I think there was a Mopar product painted in similar colours called the "LaFemme", can't remember if it was a Dodge or what it was, I just remember it was dog-d--k -pink and didn't sell very well.
The first Mary K cars were ordered in 1969, Mary K had gone into a Lincoln dealership to Special order a pink Lincoln and the salesman told her to bring her husband in and they would hammer out a deal, she then went to a Cadillac dealership and ordered and the rest is history. The La Femme was built in 1955 at 1956, it was a special edition with a special soft pink color and interior of brocade roses, it had some other matching accessories and it was geared toward the female buyers, it also was considerably more pricey than a regularly produced Dodge. Chrysler did still have. Chrysler still had a corally pink in that era but it was much more bold
