Not much going on so I made a 30 second intro for all my future Buick videos.

Let me know what you think.

Pretty neat, but one small suggestion if I may. I'd slow it down a bit. The pictures are scrolling through so fast, there's not much time to really take a good look at them. Otherwise, neat idea!

Looks great. I like the surgury section and what looks like a table top(?) on the trunk.

I agree. Show each pic for a couple of seconds. Is that you at the :21 mark? How do you make a video like that? Have you seen John Mellencamp around town lately? Cool video.... :TU:

Thanks. The idea is to use it as an intro to my future Buick videos that I do, so I tried to keep it at around 30 seconds. The pictures are set a 1 second each, kind of like subliminal advertising. LOL

Most pictures are from the videos that I've made already, but I've put in a few of another car just like mine that has already been restored.

Thanks, yes that is my granddaughter Lexi as she prepares to perform the operation of painting the new floor. And as my garage space is limited, sometimes I have to use the Buick to store things on. That old table was going out to the trash. LOL

Hi Dave, yes that is me plugging in the grinder I think. I used the snipping tool in Windows 7 to capture the pictures from my Buick videos and then used Windows Movie Maker to stitch them all together. The music is from Big Long Buick by Big Joe & the Dynaflows.

Mellencamp no longer claims Seymour as his hometown, but his sister is a teacher here. My son-in-law runs the local CVS pharmacy and he says he sees her and other family members from time to time in the store.

Big Joe & the Dynaflows? That's the first time I've heard of them, but that was a great choice of songs for your video.

Didn't MTV have a contest a few years ago where they gave away a pink house in Seymour because of his "Pink Houses" song? Is it still pink?

You've got me on that, I haven't a clue. I do know Jimmy Thackery and the Drivers did the song and he claimed to have just wrote it. That video is on YouTube. Not sure if he was just kidding or what. You can see it here and judge for yourself:

Those guys did a great job with that song. Any idea where that "Callahan's" club is? In the comments section below the video someone said that Big Joe & the Dynaflows wrote the song in 1998....

I think it was Callahan's Music Hall in Auburn Hills, MI
