I'm sorry I don't mean to spam the same question over and over, but I need your opinions, quickly, because there is a man who will travel to US tomorrow (Perhaps) and have one rustfree 4dr electra... I just recently realised that there exist a 2dr hardtop model... ou: Q: Are they easy to find on junkyards? - Convertibles are hard to find... without rust... Q: Should I save the search-time and take fenders from 4door, and take doorskin from the rear doors, and try to pice it together.. So it almost covers like a 2door fender.. -I should at least save some time when it comes to the shapes, if I use doorskins insted of new universal sheetmetal... o No: Please comment... Thanks!
Get the correct parts. You will never get it right by piecing it together. Fenders/frt clip are the same on all cars of a specific model and year so you can use a 4 dr, 2dr, or station wagon fender and it will interchange among the 3 models.
oh crap.. And I just placed an order on 4dr fenders+reardoor skins... -ohno, I just did find a ad with a 2door car, partingout... I hate my life..
