Please help to ID a part!!

    Trying to help a guy out with the AC on his 68 Electra. He determined it has a leak in the valve that is in the AC hose that runs along the firewall. I am trying to find him one but do not know what it is:Do No: Please help

    I have the part circled in red in the attached picture.
