    I have a post in "Sparky's Corner" called "Alternator Problem."
    My cousin is having trouble with his 80 TA with electrical problems that has a Chevy B.B. 402.
    Could you guys check out the post and give him some ideas. He is in the U.S. Navy stationed in Italy and really could use your help.
    Thank you for your time.
    Mike

    P.S. I told him he should have gotten a Buick B.B. 455 in his TA then this would'nt happen. Heehe!
    Just kidding.

    Thanks

    With all your help he said he might now get it running. He has to wait until he has the new alternator then he's going to work on it.
    He bought a GM lifetime warrenty !180 amp! alternator! I wish him good luck.

    Is it bad to have to big of alternator? The new one he has is about 100 amps more than normal!

    Later;
    Mike
