My bone stock 66 Wildcat runs a little rough. I want to replace the plugs. Will R45S's work.

    Thanx,

    John

    Worked in my '65

I just pulled a set of R45S out of my '65 401. It ran fine with them for at least 15,000 miles. They should work in your '66.

    Thanks Wild

It has Autolite 85's in there now.

It gets so hot in summer in Fresno (over 110 some days) I was thinking R44S.

According to the AC Delco website, the following AC plugs are for your car. R43S, 41-833 Platinum, #7 Rapidfire.

From www.sparkplugs.com Autolite AP85, NGK XR5, Champion RJ12YC. Run the coldest plug that won't foul.
