Pontiac 455 or parts

My brother is building a 78 trans am and we want to do a 455 for the car anyone have a 455 sitting around? or any performance parts for one.

i'm afraid you're not likely to get a whole lot of business on this board (pontiac 455's don't share anything with a buick 455 except bolt on parts like the carb/alternator/power steering pump).

you might want to try a Poncho board like http://performanceyears.com/newsite/index.html or something.

 

Thx Bob, I know ive been looking elsewhere also just wondering if anyone had anything laying around, I'm a buick guy i know the differences, just taking a shot here. never hurts to cover all avenues.

Shawn I will fix up up with a couple Pont. guys in the area I know they have some Hi Po parts and a motor I sold them some parts not to long ago, give me acouple days thanks Dan. :TU:

Thx Dan let me know, I keep tryin to get him to put a buick 455 in it as i have a complete 74 stage 1 motor here but he wants a pontiac, gotta help it's my baby brother. o No:
