This must be the forum for this kind of question, as I only see Buick-parts in the "parts wanted"-forum: A friend of mine needs a new/used black vinyl front bench seat for his '69 Tempest conv. I haven't seen any on eBay, so I figure why not ask around. Who knows where to find this seat? o No: Price? Condition? We'll get to the shippingissue later. Thanks, Stig.
Man that's too bad. I had that exact seat in my '69 Custom S. I threw it away about seven years ago. It was way lighter than my GTO buckets too. :spank: But I couldn't find anyone who made correct reproduction seat covers for it. The standard Custom S interior [and I assume Tempests too] had a unique pattern that did not match what the LeMans and GTO had. I ended up buying and recovering a set of black '69 GTO buckets along with the rest of the matching interior. Oh, I slipped in a four speed too while I was at it. :grin:
