Re-posted after loss of original: The personal situation of a friend of mine, Paul, forces him to sell his pre-fabricated garage. The garage has never been erected. Here are the details: The kit is from Fastrac (www.fastrac.com) It is 30 x 36 x 10 with a 3:12 roof pitch. It is rustic red (barn red) with white trim. Kit comes with one 8' x 12' roll up door and one 30" x 70" pedestrian door. Paul lives 15 miles NE of Denver, CO so the kit was designed for that area of the country. It is engineered for up to 105 MPH winds and 90 PSF (pounds per square foot) of snow load. The kit comes with Engineer Stamped plans and blue prints Paul paid $11,000 for it in October 04.
