Here is my version of the Premium Fuel Tag that is advertised in a few catalogs. I guess it hung on the dash of new cars in the late '60's early '70's o No: I thought it was kinda neat so I decided to make a copy of it in MS Word2000 and print it out. I will attempt to attach the word file to my next post so that anyone can download it and print their own. Sorry the scan is not the best...
Here is the word file. Let me know if it works. I printed mine out on 65lb cover weight paper and it works great. I set it up to print on both sides so pay attention to how the paper comes out of your printer, flip the page over and print it again and it should work. You will need a color printer since you will be using white paper to start with.
