    Hello all
Could anyone tell me why I get a suedey finish when I spray my PPG (RED) PRIMER . Fine sandpaper or scotchbright take it back down , but I was told you shouldnt have to sand your Epoxy Primer down if you are using it as a temporary finish coat until base color and clear are applied at a later time . A properly applied primer coat , should it be a smooth finish without sanding or is it normal to have to sand this primer smooth .

    thanks 72skylarkrag
