Here is my scenario....1972 Skylark Custom, had a 350/4 engine, I just swapped a 1970 455 stage 1 engine in it. The 455 has ceramic headers.

I have just done a front disc brakes swap also, so I need to replace the proportioning valve.

My question is to the ones that has done a swap like mine is....where should I mount the new proportioning valve, in the normal spot on the frame or mount it on the power brake/master cylinder assembly (to keep it away from the header)?

    Thanks

    GStage1 Always looking for parts!

In the original location will be fine as long as the header tube clears it by 3/8-1/2"
