   I've got a carb with numbers 7042940. These equal a 1972 buick carb, for an automatic. Its a 4-barrel carb, but I'm not sure what the 9 as the fifth digit represents. Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks.

   As I recall that is usually a Cal designation...
