i have a 69 skylark with a q jet,my question is if your gonna run lets say a 76 model carb the throttle cabl o No: e is different in the way it hooks up.the earlier ones pop on the linkage ball and the newer style slips on and has a retainer clip.so if running a later q jet can you run the later cable?please answer if anyone knows what im trying to say?
