Went ahead and did a trial install yesterday. Wanted to see how it would fit under my StarWars air cleaner. If I used 3 carb top gaskets the air cleaner base will clear the top of the round choke bracket by about the thickness of a sheet of paper. I marked the bracket and will trim about a 1/8 x 1 1/2 inch long section off the top. Won’t effect the function - just give it some clearance. Great looking unit overall - I’m pleased with it!
That sounds about on par with feedback I have received from other star wars users. Maybe I should flatten the top of the ring on the next run. Thank you for the feedback!
