I am replacing front shocks on my 67 Gs. There are several options to chose from at the Auto Parts store. They list a Monroe or KYB or can get Edelbrock.
I am most familiar with Monroe because of the Brand recognition. Any one know anything about the others?
Also should I get adjustable ones or just go with what they list stock for the car?
Any other sugestions might be helpful.

I just put a set of new AC Delco gas shocks on my '71. Mad3e by Munroe, I believe. About $ 50.00 each.
Well worth it. Much better ride.

I run KYB Gas-A-Justs on all 4 corners of my '70 and LOVE them. Rides nice and handles well. I added Hotchkis springs at the same time, but I have heard nothing but good from others with stock springs and KYB shocks. Unless you plan on taking the car to road track events or Auto Cross' I wouldnt bother with adjustable shocks.

    I LOVE my KYB's - wouldn't use anything else!

I have the Edelbrock IAS shocks and have been very happy with them. A bit pricey though.

Very happy with KYB gas-a-just shocks, great for a street car. About $30/ea.
