Something about the weather predictions for next Monday and Tuesday is bugging me -- First the temps for both days: Monday High Temp - 4F Low Temp - 1F Tuesday High Temp - 31F Low Temp - 20F So is the weather service saying that the temps will jump 16 degrees at 12:01 am on Tues? Any weather experts out there think this is a strange condition?
Here in Chicago we had a 62 degree high on Wednesday and friday it was 5 degrees. Also on Wednesday the weatherman reporte we had some 205 minutes of sunlight in January so far Crazy Chicago weather!
The highs are the highest projected during that 24 hour period and the lows are the lowest prjected in the same 24 hour period. Looks like he was so used to putting the higher numeral with the high temp that he forgot that this is not always the case when the temps get around zero or below.
One joke about knowing you're from Ohio is that you've used the heater and air conditioner in the same day. So it doesn't sound strange to me. Oh, and what Jim said.
Its a strange sight when the highest temp for one day is much lower than the lowest temp for the following day. They must be expecting a very abrupt temp change.
Over the past week, we've had... 10+ Inches of Snow 1/2 Inch of Ice Sunny Day - 30 degrees plus Thunderstorms Single degree temps And thick soupy fog Strange weather this year
