Besides my 71 Skylark my mom has a 1996 Century w/30K. Car sits outside in Fl. and paint is holding up well. Problem is that the painted side moulding is turning colors and looking like it's got mold growing on the upper edge on the D/S. What gives?? Can it be cleaned safely?? Wax with a cleaner does nothing!
