I run the large, non grease fitting 1350 u joints on my low 9 second racecar. I had the driveshaft made about 7 years ago, so they have been abused. My question is; what kind on maintenance are you other racers doing to them?? Do ya change them out after a few years or certain number of passes?? Or just wait until they break.. I have my car down right now, doing some head work, I'll give the u joints a feel, maybe pull the 2 caps off the rear, since the driveshaft is out, and see if there's any wear. What do you do, if ya do anything... Gary G.
