Some of you have been following my roadkill gs build in the bench forum. Some priorities for me have changed in the last couple of weeks, so I’m putting it up for sale.

70 GS 455. Cornet gold, Pearl white bucket seat interior. I have Wayne’s docs for it. I have the original engine, trans, rear, and drive shaft. Currently runs and drives with a stock 70 455 short block. Oiling mods done, ported iron heads, 212 cam, B4B, new MT headers, kenne bell valve covers. Engine was put together by Don Eggers (fastest430). It’s super quiet and makes great oil pressure. Don is my go to guy for all things Buick v8. 200-4r from an 87 turbo regal with 45k miles. Shifts are firm and positive for the few miles I’ve put on it. 3.64 posi rear from a stage 1. At half throttle, the 800cfm quadrajet has a slight cough, then it’s instant tire smoke.

Nos gm quarters and AMD inner/outer wheelhouses were professionally done. Rust free core support, hood, inner fenders, and passenger side fender were used. Driver’s side fender was patched. Mint original fan shroud was also installed. The radiator is an original 70 rad I had recored. The hood is very straight, and just light surface rust underneath, no rot. Just installed a brand new repro battery tray from cars Inc.

If I were to fix it right, the car would need a good bit of cowl rust fixed and a new complete floor and trunk work. All this is detailed in my build thread. Bumpers are straight and I consider them to be really good cores for rechrome. The front one would prob clean up good enough for a driver.

This is a high option car. Power windows, locks, seat, tilt, full length center console. Power steering and power disc brakes. The dash pad and 16” thumb groove wheel are both in good shape and original to the car. The rear tires are bfg 275/60/15s, and they literally only have a few hundred miles on them. The car has all 4 of the original WD coded f1 15x7 wheels. I rattle canned them black a few years ago. I have a pair of decent doors I will include with the car, as well as all the missing glass and interior. Clean title in my name, and I believe I’m the 3rd owner.

$16k is the price for everything above. Pics can be seen of the complete build in the link below. I’ve lost count of the money and travel time/expenses I’ve invested in chasing parts for this car. All of the cool/high dollar stuff stays with the car, just like it is in the build thread. I also have the original air cleaner with support bracket. For a little more money, I’d pull the 200 and include the 4 speed setup. I’m located 45 minutes south of Pittsburgh.

Love everything you have done just not in the cards for me unfortunately.
Enjoyed your build thread too, no idea how I missed that one.
Reminds me of my old non a/c 3:64 4-speed Stage car. GLWS E4084A7D-9101-44D7-A837-5AEBA125FAC6.jpeg

I understand that there are a lot of low mileage parts on this car...Let's not let this happen again! Someone needs to get Tim's GS 455....go out ,drive and enjoy it .
This car should run mid 12's
    & cruise anywhere.
    Cheers, Don

Bringing this back to the top. I will be bringing the title and Wayne’s docs with me to bowling green. Also bringing some of the spare small stuff I have for it. Price is the same, but I have done a bit of work to it since the original ad. The car runs pretty strong. The carb is a little finicky when it’s cold, but not bad once warmed up.

Haha, well, that’s usually how it works with me, also. However, this time the proceeds will mostly go to house projects that I’ve been putting off for far too long.
