i have a 12 bolt chevy rear out of a 68 malibu that comes with 4.10 gears and i believe a posi unit...i just have to remember if its still in the rear end or if i accidently let it go with an old car and a box i put in it with spare parts... anyways i'm looking for 3.42-3.73 gears and a lsd/posi unit for my 8.5 rear in the buick now. any help finding these or partial trade for the 12bolt would be very helpful! thanks guys
Dan , the rear end is a GM corporate 8.5 not an eaton unit ( unless they were made by them ) The price is 350.00 pluse shipping from 63116 . I have someone thats going to let me know soon if he is buying them . If your interested I will inform you if they are sold . JK
hello I do not want to step out of line but John if no one buys your posi unit with 342 gears if it will work in my 72 skylark rear (8.5 stock rear) I would buy them from you again I would like to say I am not wanting to step out of line here :TU:
