I have a 72 skylark 350 with a 200r4 tranny. When I got the car the rear trans mount was not installed. I also got a BOP TH350 with the car (not the original trans, don't know what it was out of) with a rear mount on it. I used this mount on the 200r4, however I had to drill and tap a hole in the center of the mount as my cross member had a single mounting hole. When I went to install the drive shaft it wouldn't fit. the trans seems to be too high causing the U-joint to hit the top of the tunnel. Do I just have the wrong mount and if so what mount should I get? Thanks
