I would call it short block with the rest of the parts that need to be bolted on. A shop in Illinois rebuilt this engine for the prvious owner and the engine never made it into the car. I have the paperwork some where around here. No miles on this engine since the rebuild and not broken in yet. It's not even painted green yet. It's sitting on an engine stand in my garage. Along with a box of parts and a gasket set. I'll include all of the parts I have for it. 2 barrell intake and I'll be giving a set of 1964 300 CI exhaust manifolds with it. The 65's exhaust mainfolds are long gone. $2000 Obo and local pick up only. Engine is in 60586-Plainfield, IL I can get pics of it if anyone is interested. Brian
