Well instead of trying to do it myself I decided to pay someone to put the 3.73 gears and 410408N posi in the 8.5 rear I purchased. So I asked around a bit and was sent to riverside repair in laurel, mt (right down the street for me). They got it all put together in 2 days which included tearing down the posi to make sure everything was kosher. They were very nice to talk with and very helpful with what I wanted to do. I was quoted a price that didn't include the teardown and it even came in under that for actual price. All in all I'm very pleased with how everything went. Just thought I would let everyone know because I know its getting tougher and tougher to find reputable shops. Please move this thread if necessary.
