I have a blue sport wheel somone painted black and the black was comming off. I washed it and used a scuff pad and removed about 3/4 of it. How do I get the rest off? Do not want to use paint remover and not sure what to do, thanks Bil.
i would try some lacquer thinner or toluene on a small area. if it works without softening the plastic, then okay.
